Order Processing

Orders submitted to ModuMart Store receive our immediate attention. Our team prepares and packs orders within 1–2 business days, counted Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

International Shipping

ModuMart Store ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries. Orders shipped internationally usually arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes levied on your shipment are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Order Tracking

We are committed to keeping you informed at every stage. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. If your tracking information has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate promptly.

Address Changes

If your shipping address needs correction, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. We will make every effort to honor change requests received after that window, but once an order has entered processing we cannot guarantee that the address can still be updated.
